The campaign held on the 6Th floor of KDU PG on the 10Th of Feb, 2009 was considered a success. Out of the large number who volunteered to donate blood, only 40 qualified and were able to donate blood during that particular campaign.

The blood donation was held in collaboration with The General Hospital of Penang Island in an attempt to boost the blood levels of all 4 blood types in the Blood bank.

HEALTH Activities

Regular activities held by the HEALTH club include:

• College-wide recycling.
• Charity food sales.
• Blood Donation Campaigns
• Visits to charitable organizations.
• Fun Outing activities.

• To promote healthy lifestyles via environmental health education and campaigns.
• To nurture the capability to care, share and appreciate.
• To nurture the concern for a healthy environment.
• To promote KDU College Penang as an environmentally-friendly college.
